The Africa Centre is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced operators specialising in African cuisine and beverages, to run its food offering on the ground floor and bar on the first. We welcome applications for the operation of both or the individual spaces and invite groups and partnerships willing to work together to create unique and authentic experiences. 

This will not be an exclusive arrangement, with the Centre reserving the right to allow alternative catering arrangements for its event spaces onsite.

The successful provider/s will possess a demonstrable track record for delivering competitively priced, high-quality African cuisine combined with an authored menu and the ability and imagination to continue to establish the restaurant and/or bar space into a cohesive destination address known for serving African food and drink with the variety and flair to meet the expectations of those who love Africa cuisine.

Interested parties are invited to submit a comprehensive proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and approach to managing the food and beverage operations.
