Africa Cup of Nations 2024

The Africa Cup of Nations (French: Coupe d'Afrique des Nations), or simply AFCON or CAN, is the main international men's association football competition in Africa. It is sanctioned by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and was first held in 1957.

Every game of the highly anticipated 34th edition of AFCON 2023, taking place in Ivory Coast, will be broadcast live on Sky Sports from January 13, up to and including the final on February 11th. Select games will be screened at The Africa Centre, starting with all games on Sunday 14 January.

Viewing is open to everyone, and attendance is free but available on a first-come first-served basis.

Originally conceived to foster non-governmental relations between newly independent Africa and Britain, The Africa Centre's mission is to educate, connect, and advocate for Africa and its diaspora. Previously located in Covent Garden, London for over five decades, we launched our new HQ in Southwark in June 2022.
