Cole street will be offering Sierra Leonean fusion which contains historical influences of West Africa's food culture and how it travelled, adapted and returned home over the past 400years.

West African food has influenced food culture in the Caribbean, South America and other parts of the world. It is a robust and multi-layered eating experience and, Sierra Leone is a great country to illustrate this, with its Krio (Creole freed slave) culture, It's Mende rice growing tradition which turned the southern states of the USA into a huge rice growing area etc.

Opening on 19th June the restaurant will be offering a relaxed  lunch and dinner selection and a tasting menu offer on Saturday evenings. The first of these tasting events take place on 22nd June.
