The Charity is at a pivotal point in its unique journey having re-evaluated its relevance, mission, and strategy as it prepares itself for the next chapter in which it will continue to champion the cause for Africa and its diaspora. It will connect to, advocate for, and educate about Africa and its global diaspora with a fresh and challenging voice that amplifies those of African people, their aspirations, challenges, and successes. It will represent its local and global communities in a way that connects to the issues that matter to them.

As part of a rolling and systematic initiative to refresh and strengthen our Board of Trustees, The Africa Centre is seeking new trustees to fill three key areas. 2. PR and Communications to help us create a strong messaging, establish PR and media relationships, and identify new marketing opportunities. You will be working with the trustees and staff to recognise internal and external communications opportunities and solutions and help us execute appropriate strategies to support them.
