OLIVER ANDREWS

CHAIRMAN

Oliver is our Chairman and the Executive Director and CIO of the Africa Finance Corporation. In June 2018, he was recognised as a Champion of Finance at EMEA Finance’s Project Finance Awards.

VICE-CHAIR

Oba is a barrister with an international practice, (with an emphasis on Africa), comprising extensive advocacy and advisory experience on behalf of private and institutional clients globally.

WEST LONDON ART FACTORY

Chris is an artist, writer and curator based at the West London Art Factory. He has travelled, published and curated widely in and about Africa, often working with contemporary artists.

A merchant mariner by training, Steve’s African and business development expertise stems from 20 years of running a shipping and logistics business.

Pumela has over ten years of experience driving strategies and policies for government, corporate and media organisations. Her achievements include being selected amongst the 18 Global Fellows in Social Innovation in the world in 2013.

Muriel has strong experience in business strategy, partnership brokerage and stakeholder relationship management. She also worked on sourcing alternative income streams for the public sector and charitable organisations.

PAUL GOODWIN

CURATOR, URBANIST, RESEARCHER

Paul’s curatorial research interests focus on art and immigration, the visual art of the African diaspora as well as transnationalism and global exhibition. He currently works on a survey of contemporary African diaspora artists practices in Britain, ‘Untitled: art on the conditions of our time’.
