This space has its own direct and secure access and contains a kitchenette area, and two toilets. It is split over two floors, ground 14m x 8.5m (1,205 sq. ft) and mezzanine 8.5m x 10.5m (1,044 sq. ft).

Please note that access to the mezzanine floor is by stairs only (see pictures).

Hourly rates on request. A deep cleaning fee of £50 is applied to all bookings and all prices exclude VAT (20%). *For bookings more than 8 hours or if you are a charity or other community group, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
