In partnership with its corporate partners, The Africa Centre is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in hospitality, a 6-week apprenticeship open to candidates from Black & ethnic minority backgrounds who are currently completing a professional chef qualification at college or cookery school. The minimum requirement is for candidates to have a CIEH Foundation certificate in Food Safety (Level 2).
